Job Summary

Directions for Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Treatment Works to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our team of Intensive Case Managers, Counselors, and Children's Care Coordinators in providing high-quality services to children, adolescents, and families with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to a team of Intensive Case Managers, Counselors, and Children's Care Coordinators in delivering case management, counseling, care coordination, and High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) services.
  • Ensure that services focus on case management, counseling, care coordination, and HFW interventions, utilizing natural supports, community supports, and input and resources from other community partners or professional agencies.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are strength-based and built collaboratively with the youth and family and natural and community supports that care about and know the youth and family best.
  • Ensure that all services occur in the community at a place convenient and comfortable for the family.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related area of study from an accredited university.
  • Florida licensure as a LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of documented supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with at-risk populations, including families experiencing substance misuse, domestic violence, mental health, and emotionally disturbed children.
  • Ability to become certified as a Wraparound Facilitator in high fidelity Wraparound and certified as a Wraparound Facilitator Supervisor/Coach within 3 months of employment.
  • Previous child welfare experience is preferred.
