Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, overseeing other assigned team members and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Oversee and direct other assigned team members, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research, applying evidence-based knowledge to patient care.
- Current MA RN license required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years critical care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS required, ACLS preferred.
