Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team at Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI). As a key member of our plant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our boilers, maintaining high-quality products, and adhering to strict food safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain boilers, ensuring safe and efficient operation
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Monitor and control chemical levels, temperatures, and pressures
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Participate in emergency response teams and adhere to safety protocols
  • Document maintenance activities and recordkeeping
  • Assist with training new employees and provide technical support
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Minnesota Boiler Operator's license (1st Class B or above)
