Boiler Operator

Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) is seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team. As a key member of our plant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our boilers and refrigeration systems.

• Operate and maintain boilers, including performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor and control the ammonia refrigeration system to maintain optimal temperatures and pressures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical training or certification preferred.
• Valid Minnesota Boiler Operator's license (1st Class B or above) required.
