Social Work Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our case management team as a Case Manager/Social Worker Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to clients, providing guidance and support to case managers/social workers, and contributing to program development and quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of case managers/social workers, providing regular performance evaluations, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Assess client needs and assign case managers/social workers based on their skills and expertise.
- Collaborate with case managers/social workers to develop case plans, set goals, and monitor progress.
- Conduct regular case conferences and team meetings to discuss client cases, provide guidance, and coordinate services.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, case managers/social workers, and external service providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and protocols to improve service delivery and ensure a client-centered approach.
- Provide and coordinate training opportunities for case managers/social workers to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professional development.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new case managers/social workers.
- Participate in program evaluation and quality assurance activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure effective coordination and integration of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with agency standards.
- A master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid licensure or certification as a social worker, if applicable.
- In-depth knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethics.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
- Knowledge of community resources and the ability to facilitate referrals for clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems for client documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
