Job Overview

RSC2, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Warfare Specialist to support the development, planning, and execution of Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities. This role will be based at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EW system equipment, software, and training material.
  • Provide maintenance, sustainment, and oversight associated with EW system equipment, software, and training material.
  • Deliver New Equipment Training/New Equipment Fielding (NET/NEF) to soldiers and civilians.
  • Travel extensively in support of EW&C mission requirements, including CONUS and OCONUS travel.
  • Develop After Action Reports summarizing daily activities/events during and after NET/NEF events.
  • Provide training and remote or on-site system support during program test events.
  • Develop, upload, and manage training material hosted on Blackboard for distance learning by users.
  • Participate in system Technical Manual Validation and Verification events.
  • Participate in system Logistics Maintenance Demonstrations.
  • Participate in Product Support IPT and brief NET/NEF current and future activities to Product Support Manager.
  • Provide reach-back support to users concerning equipment training, maintenance, and sustainment.
  • Review and provide comments to program Technical Manuals, Training Support Packages, and Training Lesson Plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum of ten (10) years related experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience leading all aspects of training and fielding.
  • Experience conducting property accountability and chain of custody.
  • Experience planning and coordinating training and fielding activities.
  • Experience developing training materials and technical manuals.
  • Experience in delivering instructional training to large groups, effectively communicating complex concepts, ensuring participant engagement and understanding.
  • TRADOC Instructor Certification a plus.

Work Location: On-site at APG, MD
