We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom Leadership: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring a stimulating and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Masterfully execute our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool students.
  • Safety and Well-being: Prioritize the safety and well-being of our students, maintaining a secure and healthy environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Family Communication: Regularly update parents on their child's progress and milestones, utilizing a combination of mobile apps and in-person discussions to ensure seamless communication.
  • Center Collaboration: Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals, contributing to the overall success of our center.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Meet state-specific guidelines for the role, with a high school diploma or equivalent required. ECE coursework is preferred.
  • Experience: Possess extended experience in a childcare setting, with a history of classroom leadership roles and a deep passion for early childhood education.
  • State Compliance: Meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including performance level, immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training.
  • Caregiving Skills: Demonstrate proven judgment to identify and address potential risks in a childcare setting, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.
  • Physical Resilience: Possess the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical demands required for the role.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $18 - $22 per hour
  • Sign-On Bonus: $500 for Assistant Teachers hired in September, $1000 for Lead Teachers hired in September
