Job Summary

Hamilton County Schools is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, providing therapy, and collaborating with school personnel to develop educational goals for students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Assess and provide therapy services to students with communication disorders
Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Conduct progress monitoring and data collection to inform instruction and drive decision-making
Communicate regularly with teachers, students, and parents to ensure student progress and success
Work with administrators to inform major changes in behavior or academics related to students on caseload

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
Clinical experience working with students with a range of communication disorders
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, students, and families
Commitment to high academic achievement and high expectations for all students
