The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for handling client strategy for middle market and risk management accounts with a focus on construction, contractors, and surety. This role requires someone with senior account management expertise to provide service delivery while engaging clients and performing client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Retain existing clients, develop new business opportunities, and present products/services directly to insureds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver resources such as loss control, claims, and training support.
- Suggest improvements to workflow efficiency and best practices within the team.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of middle market commercial P&C accounts.
- Strategic planning skills, including renewal marketing, mid-term reviews, and risk service distribution.
This role is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with a hybrid schedule available.
