Position Overview:
As a Vascular Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing diagnostic imaging procedures within the Ultrasound Department. Your role will involve assisting Radiologists by utilizing a range of diagnostic ultrasound equipment, whether stationary or portable.
About Us:
GoToro - AZ - Healthcare is dedicated to providing exceptional medical services. Our facility is designed to cater to the unique healthcare needs of our patients, ensuring a supportive and advanced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care.
- Collaborate with Radiologists to ensure accurate imaging results.
- Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Radiological Sciences, Ultrasound Technology, or an equivalent program.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a clinical ultrasound environment is preferred.
- Registration with recognized credentialing bodies for Ultrasound Technologists is mandatory, such as the American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
