  • Oversee and contribute to pricing projects, which involve setting prices, standardizing discount structures, assisting with customer pricing agreements, and creating forecasting models.
  • Establish price sensitivity models and reporting mechanisms that empower the organization to swiftly adapt to evolving market dynamics and customer behavior patterns.
  • Collaborate with Divisional Leaders to shape pricing strategies, evaluate market trends, integrate competitive data, and strategize for future pricing initiatives.
  • Design and track performance metrics related to pricing decisions.
  • Foster continuous improvement and innovation in pricing practices by recommending modifications to existing processes and strategies.
  • Exhibit the ability to work efficiently in both independent and collaborative environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or business strategy is preferred.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities for data preparation and analysis.
  • Experience with Statistical Modeling is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Quick adaptability to new software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
