About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clerical and Administrative Specialist to join our team at NorthStar Memorial Group in Honolulu, HI. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations throughout the client family life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date master files, including creating and providing copies, merging and duplicating, and scanning into our HMIS system.
  • Operate our telephone system, handling a high volume of calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Verify the accuracy of all invoices before forwarding them to the accounts payable department.
  • Assist with the preparation and ordering of materials needed by leadership, such as park brochures, business cards, and training materials.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, HMIS, and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to learn new software and conduct new tasks with minimal supervision.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
