Position Summary: Karin's Florist, INC is looking to enhance our Sales Team. We seek dedicated Sales Associates who thrive in a vibrant and dynamic retail atmosphere and are committed to delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will possess a keen interest in floral products, a strong retail background, and a positive demeanor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Warmly welcome customers and assist them in choosing floral arrangements that match their needs and preferences.
  • Offer guidance on flower varieties, colors, and arrangements, considering seasonal availability and customer desires.
  • Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process transactions.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean and organized, including restocking and arranging displays.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, aiming to exceed their expectations.
  • Foster and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in retail sales or a similar field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in operating POS systems and related sales software.
  • Ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
  • Professional phone etiquette for managing customer inquiries.
