About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and self-directed individual who is proficient in both English and Spanish to join our International Sales Operations team at Alarm.com. The International Sales Support Associate will work closely with the Sales team on projects related to process improvement, sales tools, and will have the chance to create a meaningful impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the sales and sales operations team on process improvements, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Create pricing structures for new solutions and service offerings, including part logistics, warehousing, monthly service subscriptions, and other offerings, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
  • Lead meetings with Sales and Senior Management to define pricing strategies for partners around the world, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Provide insights for contracts management and use of electronic resources and systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Perform budgetary and proprietary account analysis, identifying and researching the root causes of discrepancies, and proposing recommended solutions to resolve them.
  • Collect data from various systems, organize data into spreadsheets, and develop reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate on various improvement projects for the sales operation team, driving innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or finance positions.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate in English and Spanish with customers and vendors.
  • Ability to identify trends, break down data, and find key insights, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency for day-to-day tasks.
  • Ability to learn quickly and possess strong observational skills, with a focus on cultural awareness and adaptability.
