Position Overview: Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas within the hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare guest rooms by making beds and arranging linens.
  2. Restock amenities such as drinking glasses, writing materials, and bathroom supplies in guest accommodations.
  3. Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
  4. Utilize vacuum cleaners to clean carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  5. Dust and wipe down furniture and equipment.
  6. Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
  7. Wash and sanitize walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
  8. Empty waste receptacles and clean ashtrays.
  9. Transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  10. Replace light bulbs as needed.
  11. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
  1. Ability to follow specific oral or written instructions, often adhering to a straightforward routine.
  2. Capability to consistently perform repetitive tasks.
