Job Title: Critical Care Nurse Specialist
About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at ALOIS Healthcare. This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Lancaster, New Hampshire, with a start date of January 6th.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, identifying areas for improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery and make adjustments as needed
The successful candidate will have experience working in a PCU setting, with a strong understanding of critical care principles. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
