Job Summary:

Fairview Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician Services Representative to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician Services Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive accurate and timely medication delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete intake process for mail order pharmacy patients, including insurance verification and medication refill and delivery scheduling.
  • Under the direction of the pharmacist, receive prescription/orders from patients, process manually or using the appropriate computer system and protocols in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with all legal, regulatory agency, and Fairview requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and pharmacies, ensuring that patients are eligible for and receive prescribed medications in an accurate and timely manner via appropriate delivery methods.
  • Track patient information, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless patient care and medication delivery.

Requirements:

  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to become registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.
  • Completion of an on-the-job American Society of Health-System Pharmacist (ASHP) accredited pharmacy technician training program within the first year of employment.
