We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Orthodontic Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our orthodontic department, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist our specialists chair-side, and contribute to the overall success of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our office.
- Assist in the sterilization of instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Take X-rays and enter patient treatment plans, utilizing your expanded functions and radiography certifications.
- Present cases and educate patients on insurance benefits, promoting informed decision-making.
- Support the office and specialists with daily operations, as needed, to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements
- Expanded functions and radiography certifications.
- Minimum of one year of previous ortho assisting experience.
- Ability to travel, as required.
