The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Physician to join our outpatient practice in Puyallup, Washington. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our medical director to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to ongoing practice innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on geriatric patients
  • Partner with the care team to leverage coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage patients in care and drive behavior change
  • Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population
  • Participate in weekly protected time for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary range of $265,000 to $285,000
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as paid sabbatical, CME & licensure reimbursement, and more

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of primary care experience
  • Current licensure in the state of Washington or ability to obtain licensure
  • Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
