About the Position:

Prelude Services is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the care and treatment of clients struggling with eating disorders.

You will work closely with our therapists to develop and implement individualized plans of care, utilizing your expertise in nutrition and food-related aspects of client care. Our structured programs will be conducted in the late afternoon and evenings, Monday through Thursday, with individual and family sessions scheduled outside of these hours.

Working with eating disorders requires a deep understanding of the complexities involved and a commitment to self-inquiry and self-care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete comprehensive eating disorder nutrition assessments and follow-up consults
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on assessment findings and client goals
  • Facilitate 4-6 groups per week, providing meal support sessions, grocery store support, and food exposures
  • Design and implement experiential cooking and food exposure sessions
  • Document all assessments, counseling, and education services in the client's clinical record within 48 hours of service
  • Participate in weekly supervision and interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with organizational, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition (higher degree preferred)
  • State license (or license-eligible) in the State of Oregon
  • Experience working with eating disorder diagnoses and clients 13+ years of age (preferred)
  • Maintain appropriate licensure and registration, certifications, and continuing education requirements
Compensation and Benefits:

Prelude Services offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $95,000/year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also provide a comprehensive health care benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and participation in the Oregon Saves Retirement Plan.
