This position involves a combination of administrative duties and hands-on supervision of security staff, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive and precise incident documentation.
  • Act promptly in emergency situations to ensure safety.
  • Conduct regular safety and security assessments.
  • Remove unauthorized individuals from the premises.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new and existing personnel, covering essential topics such as workplace searches and safety protocols.
  • Perform routine inspections and walkthroughs of assigned facilities.
  • Execute additional related tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Ability to assess individuals for suspicious behavior or items.
  • Provide assistance to individuals in distress.
  • Apprehend and detain individuals in accordance with legal standards until authorities arrive.
  • Document daily activities and significant incidents.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory security role.
  • Possession of a personal firearm.
  • Active State of Florida Class D and Class G licenses required.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
