About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Immunology Specialist to join our team at Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and delivering exceptional customer experiences to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $92,000 to $98,000, as well as opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on individual and company performance.
