Job Title: Laborer

At MDB GROUP, LLC, we're seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our drilling and blasting operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboring activities on construction sites, including loading and unloading explosives from trucks.
  • Carry buckets of stemming stone to stem blast holes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Participate in daily safety meetings and attend all scheduled meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and own transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to work at a steady pace on uneven and loose surfaces.
  • Ability to pass ATF screenings.
  • Experience with construction labor and heavy equipment is preferred.
