  9. Assist in planning and executing new employee orientation in conjunction with management.
  10. Lead and contribute to performance enhancement initiatives and quality improvement activities by assessing the effectiveness of educational offerings.
  11. Incorporate research findings into clinical practices, educational programs, and policy revisions.
  12. Support and engage in unit-based research projects to strengthen the knowledge base within the nursing profession.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse license and BLS certification required
  • A minimum of three years of experience in clinical education
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association
  • ACLS certification to be obtained within six months of hire through the American Heart Association
