Join Our Team As A Bartender At Miller's Ale House

We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Miller's Ale House. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

About The Role:

  • Salary: $12 - $15 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Tend bar, serving drinks and ensuring that all customers receive excellent service
    • Create a welcoming atmosphere and interact with guests to build strong relationships
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and inventory management
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum age 18 years old (unless otherwise dictated by state law)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
