Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic therapist or social worker to join our Lake Forest team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
  • License or certification as a therapist or social worker (or in-process of obtaining)
  • Minimum of 20 clients per week (25 office hours)
  • Weekend availability (for the first year of employment)
  • Experience with counseling and a strong understanding of mental health principles
