We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on expanding knowledge and skills to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with nursing peers, physicians, and support services to coordinate patient care and unit activities.
- Direct and oversee the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
- BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three years of hire.
- At least six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
- Scrub and circulating experience preferred.
- Strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and dedication to ongoing education.
- National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.
- Current RN/NJ Licensures.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BLS, PALS, ACLS, IV Certification.
