Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and advocating for the health and wellbeing of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and safe delivery of medications to our customers.
- Counsel patients on their health care and prescription medication needs, providing personalized guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and optimal health outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
