Job Opportunity

RPh on the Go is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist in Charge to join our team in Odessa, Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced pharmacist to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management and be able to lead a team of pharmacy staff.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage pharmacy staff, including technicians, cashiers, and support staff
  • Oversee the ordering of pharmacy supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Accurately measure, prepare, and dispense medications, ensuring all prescription orders are fulfilled
  • Patient counseling and education
Requirements
  • Clear and active TX Pharmacist license
  • Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required
  • Open to new grads
