Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical testing pursuant to available qualified methods of analysis, including but not limited to:
    • moisture analysis, tapped/bulk density, particle size via sieving method, UV-Vis spectrometry, FTIR spectrometry, TOC, HPLC and UPLC chromatography, dissolution, disintegration, weighing, etc.
  • Under general supervision, perform analytical testing procedures, create document templates, and finalize submission-ready documents.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in quality control laboratory or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
  • Possesses a genuine desire to work in Quality Control Laboratory and likes working within all aspects of the chemistry process.
  • The ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs., climb step-up ladders, and perform constant motions of scooping, wiping, raising of arms, bending, and kneeling.
  • The ability to be exposed to nutraceutical raw materials and powders which may include allergen-related items.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • The ability to work well with others and maintain organization between cross-related departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to address audiences at varying levels.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $66,560 - $68,000
