Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide person-centered care to our residents. Our community is a beautiful 130-acre continuing care retirement community nestled in the Ramapo Mountains in Pompton Plains, New Jersey.

We offer a holistic approach to care, supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Our Physical Therapists work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
  • Providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging to our residents.
  • Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed.

Requirements:

  • Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
  • Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
  • Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
  • Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $50/hour.
