About the Role

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Pequannock, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their rehabilitation potential and identify their needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans of care, setting goals to be used in the team plan of care.
  • Utilize equipment in a safe and proper manner, maintaining equipment inspection, maintenance, and cleaning logs, and reporting broken or faulty equipment.
  • Follow medical regimens developed for patients, adhering to precautions such as THR, TKR, Cardiac, and Wound care.
  • Utilize safe treatment techniques, including transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin bath, cryotherapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
