Job Summary
The Oak View Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest sanitation levels for all items used in our food service areas.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares are washed and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Implement food safety and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and maintain a clean environment.
- Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition.
- Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
Requirements
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is highly desirable.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management staff, and guests in a clear and respectful manner.
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
