Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in deployment and operations, risk and strategy management, network analysis and exploitation for a government customer.
  • Design, develop, implement, and test customer tools and applications, prioritizing and managing cyber operations and cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Oversee and maintain processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Advise and support a wide range of operational activities, engaging with various customers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Respond to and support evolving and dynamic mission-critical activities, providing requirements and strategies for current and future operations.
  • Conduct network trend analysis and performance of networks, working with a team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review integration efforts to ensure engineering rigor and security practices are maintained, advising the customer on potential risks, concerns, and improvements.
  • Research, create, and brief recommendations for Courses of Action (COA), working alone or with a team to develop detailed exploitation and operations plans.
  • Develop new tradecrafts needed to perform as technologies evolve, leveraging expertise in evaluating target opportunities, mapping target networks, and developing detailed exploitation and operations plans.
Qualifications
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant technical field, with eight (8) years of relevant experience; or a Master's Degree and six (6) years of relevant experience; or a PhD and three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of senior-level experience in deployment and operations, risk and strategy management, network analysis and exploitation for a government customer; or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work experience.
  • A minimum of two (2+) years of experience providing services for an engineering-related mission involving cyber operations, communications, supply chain expertise, military asset tracking, and/or deep-sea communications support.
  • Expertise in either offensive or defensive cyberspace operations.
  • Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare and brief complex technical and non-technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who will take initiative for helping manage key parts of complex technical developments.
  • A desire and ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects and be willing and able to aggressively learn the activities and focus of the organization.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or higher in a related technical discipline.
  • Experience working in a customer environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the customer's processes and procedures to minimize the learning curve for project/task navigation.
  • Demonstrated effective client management skills, including experience managing across offices and organizations.
  • Relevant cultural and language competency.
