About This Role
We are seeking an Instrument Craftsman to join our team. As a skilled repair technician, you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Your goal will be to continually build and increase business through great customer experiences and quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work

Requirements
This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars. A foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products is preferred.
Estimated Salary Range
$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
