Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an essential part of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our store, providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with team members, and ensuring the highest profitability of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise sales associates during shifts to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
  • Train and coach sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure a safe environment for customers and employees by maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Ensure the store's appearance reflects the company's standards and brand image.
  • Comply with federal and state laws pertaining to the store's operation.
  • Manage daily paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, order placement, labor hours, and day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor competitor pricing at local stores.

Requirements

  • Team player attitude with a positive and upbeat personality.
  • Trustworthy and professional with effective communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and be extremely organized.
  • Physically able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and stand on your feet for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
