Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner

Aya Locums is seeking a highly skilled Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our medical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive wound, burn, and ostomy care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with our medical staff to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in wound, burn, and ostomy care.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington.
- Experience in wound, burn, and ostomy care, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
