Job Title: Systems Operator

Join Breakthru Beverage Group as a Systems Operator and take on the challenge of ensuring the smooth operation of our conveyor system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of our sorting and loading systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control the maintenance of the conveyor system, including mezzanine order selecting, sorting pre-mergers, and system scanners.
  • Operate computer systems and ensure the maintenance of backup systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues by communicating with management, maintenance department, and DW&H as needed.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the conveyor system by controlling cases, clearing belt jams, and performing regular maintenance.
  • Oversee the nightly label and invoice printing process to ensure timely and accurate creation of labels and invoices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in operational sorting and loading systems.
  • Ability to work with high efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and/or within a team.
  • Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
Physical Requirements:

The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.

The associate frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
