Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for working in multiple departments within our distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment.

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be operating material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility. You will also be responsible for staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery, verifying quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers, and using packing list information to collect items for customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate material handling equipment to locate and deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
  • Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
  • Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers.
  • Use packing list information to collect items for customer orders.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects and notify management of inventory issues.
  • Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.
  • Maintain a clean working environment in accordance with company safety policies.
  • Perform inventory control functions as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
  • Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
  • Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
