Milan Laser Company is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic treatment team in Phoenix, AZ. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding aesthetic results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal treatments within established protocols and procedures
- Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
- Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals
- Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals
- Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world-class patient care
- Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ensure a professional clean work environment, including prepping the treatment room between patients
- Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered LPN license
- Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
- Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
