The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the upstate is responsible for providing high-quality member care in an as needed capacity. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of members at our day center. This is a PRN, Monday-Friday role in our Upstate South Carolina region. This covers: Spartanburg, Greer, Laurens, Greenwood, Pickens and Anderson Day Centers as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide member care, including administering medications, nursing treatments to those with MD order
- Monitor members health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator
- Educate members about health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records and creating and implementing care plans upon enrollment when needed
- Updating care plan no less than every 6 months and quarterly nursing note on each members status at the day center
- Valid and current registered nursing license in South Carolina in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities or community setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members, families, and team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Willingness to undergo any required background checks and drug screenings
As a PRN RN or LPN at Elite Day Center, you will receive competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay.
Monday-Friday
Hours of Operation: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
