About the Role

Oak View Home is seeking a talented Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  2. Work collaboratively with the Rehabilitation Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination and communication.
  3. Lead and guide Physical Therapist Assistants in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
  • At least two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation setting, although this is not mandatory.
