Psychiatric Nursing Professional

The salary for this position ranges from $59,280 to $71,760 annually, with attractive pay and benefits package including choice of affordable PPO or HSA medical plans, paid time off, up to $1,300 in free healthcare services paid by Amedisys yearly, and more.
Responsibilities include performing initial nursing evaluation, observing and evaluating the physical and mental status of the patient, instructing patient/caregiver in cognitive and technical aspects of care, administering IM medications, and completing documentation timely and accurately.
Qualifications include current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work, and experience in an acute treatment unit or other psychiatric setting. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
