We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage pharmacy operations, including supervising pharmacy technicians and cashiers
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy workflow and customer experience
- Lead performance management of pharmacy technicians, including training, coaching, and discipline
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business objectives and improve pharmacy financials
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred
- 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
Walgreens offers a competitive salary range of $22.50 - $31.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
