Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a corporate dining account. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of associates, ensuring exceptional client relations, and delivering superior quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget, providing maximum value to the client.
  • Ensure that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients, as well as other departments within the operation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience is required.
  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge, with expertise in food and wine pairings.
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products.
  • ServSafe Certified preferred.
