Job Overview

The Computer Hut LLC is seeking a skilled PC Technician to join our team in Little Rock. As a key member of our technology services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software
  • Collaborate with our team to determine project requirements and implementation schedules
  • Utilize effective decision-making processes to prioritize daily tasks and assignments
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with technical peers and management

Requirements:

  • High School degree, some college preferred or equivalent experience
  • MCP, CompTIA or related certification(s) preferable
  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Desktop PC & printer hardware experience
  • Windows XP through Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office
  • Antivirus & anti-malware products
  • Wireless technologies experience desired
  • Mobile devices (smartphone, tablets, etc.) experience desired
  • Windows Server and other advanced technologies a plus
