Position Overview
Assist the office of the Administrative Director for Strategic Business Growth within the Surgical Services Institute and oversee the administrative financial duties of the Department of Surgery.

Act as the payable/purchasing liaison and timekeeper for the Department. Serve as the primary contact for division managers, healthcare providers, administrators, and external vendors. Support the financial and operational initiatives of the Department of Surgery.

  • Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years of progressive executive-level support in an academic healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite is essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities and a self-motivated approach with minimal supervision are necessary.
  • Education Requirements: An Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or 5 years of directly related experience.
