ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will:
- Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and standards.
- Develop and oversee patient care plans, ensuring effective monitoring and communication of patient conditions.
- Act as the primary coordinator among various healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing directives accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and manage patients' discharge planning needs.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire, from a recognized organization.
- Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing prior to hire.
Education requirements include:
- A diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure at the time of hire.
