Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Make Ready Technician to join our team at Reep Residential. As a Make Ready Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our apartments are ready for new residents by completing a thorough Make-Ready Checklist of needed services and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow and maintain the preventative maintenance programs established within the company.
  • Review daily work order priorities with the Maintenance Technician Supervisor at the beginning of each day.
  • Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in by completing a Make-Ready Checklist of needed services and repairs.
  • Inspect vacant apartments and inform the Maintenance Technician Supervisor of needed repairs and services.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, routine preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed.
  • Monitor the physical condition of the community and immediately report and correct maintenance issues.

To be successful as a Make Ready Technician, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
