Role Overview: As an Inventory Management Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring an appealing shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership will guide the team in executing merchandising standards and inventory management processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in upholding adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and facilitate the truck processing operations, leading teams to meet established standards and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement and manage the planogram (POG) process to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Support the execution of advertising set processes and manage shrinkage and safety protocols.
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required.
  • Maintain seasonal displays and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members, while supporting talent development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting the organization's vision and values.
  • Engage with customers, assisting them in locating products and providing effective solutions.
  • Support omni-channel processes and be cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production.
Additional Duties: Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail merchandising and customer service is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of moving throughout the store.
  • Regularly bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.

Work Environment:
  • Work in a public retail setting, with climate-controlled areas; some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled; outdoor tasks may include retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
  • Work hours may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
